Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions, together with the information on our webpage, www.kaoukitours.com and your holiday confirmation email, form the basis of your contract with Kaouki Tours. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to them.
All references in these holiday Terms & Conditions to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated.
In these Terms & Conditions. “you”, “yours”. “customer”, “guest”, “client”, “participant”, “person” or “traveller” means all the people named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date).
“We”, “us”, “the company” and “ours” means Kaouki Tours.
Special note; land only arrangements.
Your holiday does not include flights arranged by us. Your flight operator will have their own Terms & Conditions. We hold no responsibility for flight cancellations or delays.
Kaouki Tours abides by the laws in jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Morocco.
1.BOOKING, TRAVEL CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT BASIS
1.1 Bookings are made by contacting us by email. All bookings are subject to these conditions (other conditions may apply to specific tours and will be emailed to you if applicable).
1.2 The first named person on the booking must be 18 years old or over, and also be a parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 years old. The first named person is responsible for making all the payments due to us.
1.3 Subject to availability, we will confirm your booking by issuing a confirmation invoice. Please check that the invoice is correct before you pay the deposit. We cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy within 14 days of issuing a confirmation invoice.
1.4 We will send you a booking form with your confirmation invoice. Please fill in and email back to us. Once the deposit and the booking form have been received, the holiday is confirmed, and the contract between us is materialised.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 In order to confirm your holiday, usually a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost must be paid. Deposit is non-refundable.
2.2 Full payment for your holiday must be paid for in complete 4 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation invoice. This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice.
3.2 Payment options will be sent out to you alongside the confirmation invoice and booking form.
3.CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
3.1 On an organised tour, (which include other travellers travelling on the same holiday as you, such as a yoga or New Years Eve tour) we will need a minimum amount of 5 participants to proceed with the holiday. We, Kaouki Tours reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 30 days before departure, due to lack of attendees and will substitute your holiday with another one of our tours or travellers will immediately be refunded the deposited travel fees. There shall be no further claims.
3.2 The traveller is strongly advised to purchase both trip cancellation insurance and an insurance covering repatriation costs in case of illness or accident.
3.3 Should you or any of your party members need to cancel their holiday, we will need an email sent to us immediately. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we have received it. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges are payable. This is a percentage based on the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges under the terms of your insurance policy.
3.4 If any member of your party is unable to travel, that person may transfer their place to someone else (introduced by you) providing we are notified not less than two weeks before departure. There is a charge of £50 / 50€ for this service. Once paid, name amendments will be made, and a new confirmation invoice will be issued.
4.INSURANCE, PASSPORT, VISA & HEALTH
4.1 Adequate travel insurance is essential. You must give us details of your travel insurance (insurer and policy number) before departure.
4.2 Travellers are responsible for procurement and availability of the officially required travel documents, as well as adherence to customs and foreign exchange regulations. All disadvantages and cost resulting from non-observance are at your own expense. We hold no responsibility.
4.3 You must have a valid passport with at least one blank page. a passport valid for the duration of stay is required by UK and US nationals; the passports of Canadian and Australian citizens must be valid at least six months past the date of expected departure. Visas are not required for visits lasting less than 90 days. Visit the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco website for the most current visa information.
4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of all recommended vaccinations and health precautions in good time before departure.
5. ACCOMMODATION
5.1 Accommodation is usually in twin or double rooms unless stated otherwise and we request that clients who book individually share a twin room. Where a single room is requested, we will try to accommodate this, but a single supplement will often apply – please check at the time of booking. When making a booking you accept that this additional supplement may apply and, where appropriate, you will be advised and invoiced for the relevant amount. On some itineraries please note that no single accommodation is available.
6. NO SMOKING POLICY
6.1 All of our vehicles have a no smoking policy.
7. BEHAVIOUR
7.1 When you book with us, accept responsibility for any damages or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the accommodation owner, manager or other owner.
7.2 We expect all clients to have consideration for other people.
8. YOGA & SURF
8.1 The clients must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Kaouki Tours. The client must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Clients who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. Kaouki Tours is not liable for any injuries to the client in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A client must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
8.2 All clients must fill a questionnaire regarding their health and yoga experience before attending.
PRIVACY POLICY
By making a booking and travelling with Kaouki Tours, you will acknowledge and agree that you are subject to the Privacy Policy of Kaouki Tours. Your personal information will only be used by Kaouki Tours to contact you about your holiday or tour, or to send you updates by email. Kaouki Tours will not share your personal information with a third party.
Kaouki Tours retains all copyright licence rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way.
