Day 1 
Arrive in the village of La Canterra de los Fosiles. Spend the first night sleeping with a Berber family. They will have a delicious couscous ready for your arrival with Moroccan tea.

Day 2 
Wake up early and enjoy m'semen for breakfast, a rich traditional flatbread served with honey and a cup of aromatic morning mint tea or coffee.  After breakfast mount the bikes or jump in the 4x4 and drive towards the oasis of Saf Saf. Explore the beauty of the oasis before preparing a traditional Berber pizza and bake it in the sand. Walk up rose mountains and collect rose fossiles. Spend the evening relaxing in a tent in a secluded spot under the palm trees.  Brochettes and salads will be served for dinner. Sit around the warm fire under the starry night, talking, singing or playing the drums.

Day 3 

Take a relaxing drive towards the village of Hassilabed and the breathtaking red sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dance to Gnaoua music in the village of Khemlia and have lunch at Nora's. Visit the  prehistoric cave paintings in Taouz and shop for a turban in Merzouga before heading back to Hassilabed to enjoy the sunset at Riad Aiour where you will spend the night. A beautiful riad with the sand dunes as their back garden.

 

Day 4

After breakfast at the riad, you will go on an adventure over the dunes in a 4x4. Plenty of photo opportunities and a stop to visit a Nomadic family for more tea! Return to Hassiliabed and stay at Riad Aiour

Day 5  

Visit the market town of Rissani. A busy town with a souk full of traders. A great time to haggle for that perfect rug! Spices galore and all sorts of natural remedies to cure your ailments!

Day 6  

A free morning to relax or take a walk into the beautiful gardens of Hassilabed. Enjoy a pool day at Riad Madu, before being picked up to go on a camel ride over the enormous red sand dunes to camp. Spend the night in traditional Berber tents in the dunes, eat a delicious dinner and let the Berber boys entertain you with their tales and music around a warm fire. (there is an option to sleep in a luxury camp. Private tents with ensuite bathroom and hot water. Single occupancy is an extra 120€, shared accomodation is an extra 90€)

Day 7

Enjoy the early morning sunrise, the calmness and tranquility of the sand dunes. When ready, return back to Hassilabed on camelback. Breakfast is served upon return at the hotel. Leave Erg Chebbi and head towards Hannobou, a little oasis outside Erfoud where all the dates are grown. Take a visit to Erfoud and the dates market. here you can buy the best medjoul dates! 

The last night is spent at Maison Bouchrafine, a stunning little hotel with breathtaking views and delicious food!

Relax by the pool with a book, take a walk up the hills and take photos. Final dinner together at the hotel.

After breakfast, departure.
