Service Description
Whether it’s your first time in Morocco or you’re returning to explore something new, this one-to-one consultation helps you get clear on your route, priorities, and options. We’ll chat about what you're looking for, your travel dates, and the type of experience you want—then I’ll follow up with a tailored outline within 5 days. Your €45 consultation fee is fully deducted if you go on to book a full tour with Kaouki Tours.
Cancellation Policy
💬 About the Service Your Travel Consultation is a 1:1 online session with Elen from Kaouki Tours to help you plan your trip to Morocco. The session includes personalised advice, suggested routes, and recommendations based on your preferences. 💶 Fee & Payment The consultation fee is €45, payable in advance. If you go on to book a full private tour with Kaouki Tours, this amount will be deducted from your total tour cost. 📅 Booking & Scheduling Consultations are held online via WhatsApp or Zoom, arranged after you complete the form. Once booked, you will be contacted to agree on a suitable time for the call. You’ll receive your suggested itinerary by email within 5 working days of your session. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed time are non-refundable. Missed appointments without notice will be considered cancelled and are non-refundable.
