Cancellation Policy

HOT AIR BALLOON BOOKING POLICY By booking a hot air balloon experience through Kaouki Tours, you agree to the following booking conditions. — BOOKINGS & PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is subject to availability and is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Kaouki Tours. Online bookings close 3 days before the flight date. For bookings within 3 days, please email info@kaoukitours.com and we will check last-minute availability for you. The person making the booking must be 18 or over and is responsible for providing accurate details for all passengers. — FLIGHT TIMES & COLLECTION Hot air balloon flights take place early in the morning. The time shown when booking represents the experience window and is not your exact collection time. Your exact collection time will be confirmed before your flight and may vary according to the season, weather conditions, your Marrakech accommodation and the day's flight schedule. Return transport from your Marrakech accommodation is included. If your accommodation cannot be reached directly by vehicle, a nearby meeting point will be arranged. — WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS Hot air ballooning is weather dependent and passenger safety always takes priority. Flight times, routes and schedules may therefore change. If the balloon operator cancels your flight because conditions are unsuitable for flying, we will contact you and, subject to availability, offer an alternative flight date. If an alternative date is not possible, a refund will be arranged. — CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact Kaouki Tours as soon as possible at info@kaoukitours.com. Any cancellation or amendment is subject to the conditions applicable to your booking. No refund can be given for a missed flight caused by a guest being late or failing to attend the agreed collection point. — PASSENGER INFORMATION Please tell us before booking if any passenger has reduced mobility, is pregnant, has a medical condition that may affect participation, or has any other requirements we should be aware of. Passenger and accommodation details may be shared with the balloon operator and transport provider where necessary to operate your booking. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.
